VIDI Toolbar - Installation

Forum owners

Include the following in somewhere between <head> and </head> in your web page template: 
<script type="text/javascript" id="gwt_vidi" src="http://vidi.ijs.si/forumexplorerbar/forumexplorerbar.nocache.js?lang=en"></script>
Optionally, replace en at the end of the line with sl, sk or hu for slovene, slovak or hungarian language respectively.

The VIDI toolbar will appear automatically for all visitors when they visit the forum.

End users (forum visitors)

For using the toolbar on a forum that does not install it for you, create a bookmark button by following these steps:
  1. Make sure your bookmarks toolbar is visible. In Firefox, you can do this by ensuring that View → Toolbars → Bookmarks toolbar in the menus is checked. In Internet Explorer, make sure that View → Toolbars → Links is checked.
  2. Use this VIDI toolbar link: in Firefox, drag and drop it onto the bookmarks toolbar. In Internet Explorer, right-click on it, select "Add to favorites" and then choose Links at the bottom of the popup window that appears.

When visiting the forum, click the newly created button to make the VIDI toolbar appear.
